The title is from a song by The Rakers.
Homme means Male
I really am in a Love/Hate relationship with Dior Homme right now.
When Hedi Slimane was the creative director, it was the golden age for Dior Homme. But after he stepped down… argh all his collections and designs’ prices are rocketing! It’s elevating to numbers as much as buying a Birkin bag! *I’m exaggerating of course*
But his outfits now costs at least 4000-5000 usd.
And their all on auctions!
(´・ω・`)
And there’s this jacket I wan on display at Dior Homme’s.

And a campaign from Dior Homme for their previous collection.

Does anyone have a mansion like this?
I would like to rent that place for my own photo shoot in the near future hehe.
I was at Pavilion yestetday doing some shopping with Alex, Kas & Alwyn. And let me tell you people, that place is a sin. In fact, the whole of Pavilion is a sin. It’s a money-sucking structure that practically hovers over the existence of Bulimic and anorexic people. Well, most of them. Not me of course haha.
I saw 2 Club Monaco blazers I absolutely love and MUST HAVE!
this is a lil’ Dolce&Gabbana inspired. I love the colour but even the S size looks rather bulky on me. It’s the damn shoulder paddings!
And it costs like… RM1280 which is like… 400usd.

I’ve wanted to try this sorta look. But I hate wearing 3/4 pants.

Another must have for me.

Sigh…
I’m gonna be beyond broke. I hope I don’t end up a hustler lol.
So far, Club Monaco, Dior Homme, Yves Saint Laurent and K by Karl Lagerfeld are among the labels that truly fits my style. Simple, mono tone most of the time, and not so gay too.
I really dislike the skinny jeans fad.
Everyone is wearing it though.
Oh. another bag I love from Hermes. But sadly it’s a women’s bag.

It’s okay! I can pull it off! Haha!
Incidentally, there’s also a Triumph fashion show there, with some local designers designing for Triumph (An intimate wear label) and also young designers pitting against one another.
At first it looks interesting for the following reason :-
1 – It’s in Pavilion
2 – The runway looks grand
3 – IT’S A LINGERIE SHOW
Yeap, haha. But after I saw the outfits to be showcased…

Shopping sounds better after all!
The designs really speaks MALAYSIAN. It’s mediocre… i was expecting something better since laces and satin could really make the outfit not look so cheap. But after all…
But the runway was good though.

Not bad for the first major event by some agency. I think.
Now we shall feast our eyes on Jil Sander’s previous collection which I am really in love with that I would go to Thailand, get a sex change just to put on one of her outfits! Haha!

Everything from the cutting, the silhouette and the fabric selection is awesome. The concept is pretty simple, but it’s all clearly elaborated on each outfit!
I love!
That’s all from the Fashion Designer wannabe *points at self*
Now, back to my commission works…

God…and I’m the one that’s supposed to be a woman. I seriously give up…exam-periods just make me aaarghjdgz.
I pray for it to be over soon… want to look presentable again, not hunched up studying and living by the monitor. *cries*
Besides I need to make time to raid the local draperies. I have to find some materials for my yukata. :3
