Trompe, which in French means, ‘deceiving the eyes’.

For very obvious reasons. I WANT THIS BAG!

It’s the masculine version of the downtown tote and the best part is, it’s CHEAP and I can carry this with no shame! Haha, since I gave my mom the Downtown tote, which cost about RM6000++ here, I figured I’d redeem my regrets and sorrow with this wannabe bag.

The thing is, I don’t think it’s released yet, it’s on pre-order in Saks.

So if any of you see this bag, please let me know! It retails at 395usd and is pretty rare!

There are many reasons to love and hate this bag.

Love because it’s pure leather which comes in black and gold too, the address on the bag is just a great concept, it’s handy, comes in 2 sizes and it’s unisex.

Hate because it looks cheap and it’s bloody RM4000++ for a single bag like this.

In any case, it’s still a seasonal bag and the price is bound to drop during sales period. So till then, I’ll be patient and save up. Well, of course I want this bag, why else would I feature it on my blog then hehe. I’m without a doubt, a man bearing the deadly sin ‘greed’ and probably ‘lust’ over bags, in cases like this.
